Two of Pentacles
Twos are all about balance. The Two of Pentacles suggests we need to balance all aspects of our life. By bringing about balance we can simplify our lives and do away with a lot of stress. Pentacles are about the practical aspects of our lives, things such as work, budgeting, and making sure dinner is on the table on time. I'm using some of my spare time to set up my schedule for the rest of the month, making sure my budget balances for this month, and getting things ready for November, Nano month.

Five of Cups
Fives are like balancing on a teeter-totter, for a moment you can keep everything on a perfect level, but any movement will make one end or the other slam down on the ground with enough force to knock you off your perch. Since Cups represent our relationships, the five is about surviving changes that become necessary as one or the other people in a relationship grown. There are very few people who grow at the same rate, so as one hits a patch where spiritual or mental growth takes place, there are often problems in personal relationships. If a relationship is good and healthy, the changes will be accomodated in one way or another. That is why this card often shows someone looking at three goblets of spilled wine with two goblets still holding their contents behind the figure. It is sometimes necessary to step into the new role your life is taking without the relationships you have now. The caution here is to look at things long and hard before you take those steps that will cause pain to your family and friends.
